Shipping, Refunds, etc.

SCREEN PRINTS:

 

All prints are shipped in a heavy duty tube, rolled in kraft paper. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority and tracking will be provided. International orders go via USPS First Class. There is no true tracking using this method, but a customs form number can be provided if needed. Please specify if you'd like an international order to be sent using another (more expensive but trackable) method.

 

Exchanges/replacements will only be issued on the rare occasion when a print or prints are damaged in shipping. Proof of damage must be provided by the customer prior to an exchange. There are no returns. Online images and description information is highly accurate. If you have further questions about a particular piece, please get in touch prior to purchasing. I'm happy to answer any and all inquiries.

 

APPAREL:

 

Apparel will be shipped using the cheapest method which is generally USPS First Class unless Priority makes sense due to weight.

 

Exchanges: The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be exchanged in its original condition. Items must be sent back within 10 days of the customer receiving their order.

 

Eligible items will only be accepted for online store credit, that way you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. I make it a priority to use accurate imagery and info. If you have further questions about a particular garment, please get in touch prior to purchasing. Happy to answer any and all inquiries.

PAYMENT:
All payments are made through PayPal which can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
